Lightroom 2
I've been playing around with a trial version of Lightroom 2. I played around with the the below photo of Dad and Will and came up with this:
Which one do you prefer? This could revolutionise my workflow!

is that not the answer you were wanting?
What do you prefer about the original? I think I over did the smoothing of the skin which make Will look a bit plastic. Also Dad's mouth is a bit bright too.
it's probably to do with the more natural light of the first, as you said about plasticy skin in the second.
i'm not really sure why else - i just do!
so not helpful :)
i like the bolder lines in the background, i love good lines in a photo.
