The birds

Lucas and Sam are noisy boys, especially first thing in the morning. One of the highlights of my morning is when I get them up and put them in their bumbo chairs next to each other. They look at me for a little while with big smiles and then they realise that their brother is next to them. They look at each other for a bit with huge smiles and then starting "talking" to each other. Except their talking is more like some sort of weird extending squeal like bird call - they almost sound liek crows except the noise is cuter. Whatever the case, it is noisy enough to wake Mitch up.

So Mitch gets up and another moment of cuteness ensues when he comes and says hello to his little brothers and gives them a little kiss on the head and they call out to him as well.

Speaking of Mitch, he came up with a total gem the other day. He was at home with Meeks and "broke wind" (we call it "tooting" because it's less offensive than some of the other euphemisms). Meeks told him not to do it because it's rude. Mitch just shrugged his shoulders and said, "People toot!". If he only knew how cute he is, he would be dangerous :)
