First solids

We gave Sam and Lucas their first solids the other day - some stewed pear. As you can see from the pictures below, Sam who is on the left wasn't quite as happy about it as Lucas was

 Lucas ate most of it and ended up with a clean bib. Sam wasn't quite so proficient and ended up with most of the pear on his bib

 

Sam eventually got the hang of it though. Good boy! We had more stewed pear today and Sam gobbled it up and Lucas didn't do so well!
